2024 - 2025 Executive Board

Danielle Hewetson - President
Our family moved to Livingston from Hawaii in the summer of 2022. She has a 7th and 5th grader enrolled at LISD this year, is also active on the PTO at Creekside Elementary and is the Team Rep for the Livingston Sea Lions Swim Team!

Cynthia Thomas - Vice President

Hello, I'm Cynthia Thomas, I serve as vice president for LJH PTO board. My husband and I have two children. Brian is a fellow LHS graduate, and is currently attending SHSU. Grace is in the 6th grade and is attending LJH now. I am a member of Central Baptist Church, and I helped serve on Cedar Grove PTO board last year. I am looking forward to serving our children, teachers and staff at LJH. Go Lions!

Kim Lowery - Treasurer
I am a proud LHS graduate, my 7th and 5th graders keep me busy, and I've served other PTOs in the district.

Mary Beth Barker - Secretary
I am a graduate of Leggett High School and attended Livingston ISD prior to that. I am a graduate of Sam Houston State University. I am married to Kaleb Barker and our children are Autumn, age 8 and Evan, age 12. I love being apart of PTO and helping foster relationships with other parents, students and teachers.

Kristina Miller
I am a graduate of Livingston High School, Sam Houston State University and Western Governor's University. I have been a LJH teacher for the last 17 years. My husband Joe and I have 4 children, 2 are graduates of LHS, one is also a graduate of Sam Houston State University. I serve on several campus committees and work with the Livingston Athletic Booster Club in addition to volunteering for other local organizations throughout the year. I look forward to working with LJH parents and the community.

Kristin Murray - Fundraising Co-Chair

I am a graduate of MHS, parent of 5th grader, 6th grader, LHS senior and 19yr old.

Leanne Irvin - Fundraising Co-Chair

I am a graduate of LHS, cosmetologist, wife of Brandon Smith, parent of 6th grader Kenzlie Smith and 4th grader Cooper Smith. Besides being involved with PTO the past 6 years I also serve in the following organizations: Women of Grace, Back to School Bonanza and Kids Hope Ministries.

Stevi Smith - Special Events Chair

I have served on multiple PTO boards and committees throughout the past eight years and as a former Livingston Lion, I'm thrilled to be able to volunteer and support the students and staff at the Junior High. I am the parent of 7th grader Tripp Smith.

Mary Brown - Volunteer Chair

I am a graduate of LHS and The University of Texas at Tyler. I am married to Thomas Brown and we have three children who are in grades 6th, 4th, & 2nd. I am looking forward to an exciting and busy year with the LJH PTO!
